S. Gordon Moore, Jr. is the Executive Director of Student Diversity and Inclusion here at Georgia Tech. Gordon leads the efforts for our Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion and strives to create a positive, enriching environment for our students, including the ones in the Impact Community. As a Georgia Tech alum, Gordon is dedicated to the development of students, staff, faculty, and administrators. Dr. Carol Colatrella is the Impact faculty leader and professor of Literature and Cultural Studies in the School of Literature, Media, and Communication; Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Faculty Affairs in the Ivan Allen College; and Co-Director of the Georgia Tech Center for the Study of Women, Science, and Technology, which is sponsored by the Office of Institute Diversity. She teaches LMC courses in literature, gender studies, and biomedicine and culture.

Dr. Jeremy Brown is the Impact Community Program Coordinator under the Office of Institute Diversity. He previously worked as a Residence Hall Director for the GT Department of Housing for 4 years and an Admissions Counselor for 2 years. Jeremy completed his undergraduate work at UNC-Greensboro in Design and Communications and received his Masters in Higher Education from UNC-Wilmington. He is a Doctor of Education from the UGA College of Education - Student Affairs Leadership program.
